Located on 150 Park Lawn Rd, this project reimagines a standard Starbucks retail location as contemporary mixed-use development. It integrates a ground-level cafe with three levels of flexible office space above, the design emphasizing layering and brand identity through bold, modern architectural expression.

A fully glazed curtain wall system wraps the primary facade, maximizing natural lighting and a connection between interior and exterior spaces. It is defined by horizontal projecting frames that reinforces Starbucks’ signature brand color. With a contrasting vertical dark brick cladding, it provides structural clarity. The design balances openness and solidity, using contrasting materials and geometric layering, resulting in a modern commercial building in an urban context.
